Is the mobile app included in my subscription?
Yes. The iOS app and the Android beta are included in every getMax plan, at no extra cost. Sign in with your usual account and you'll find your agents, your leads and your content.
When will the Android app reach a stable release?
The Android version is currently in open beta on Google Play. It is fully functional; we are finalizing the last details thanks to tester feedback. The stable release is planned in the coming weeks.
Is my data the same as on the web?
Perfectly in sync. A conversation started on your computer continues on your phone, and the other way around. Your data stays hosted in France and GDPR-compliant, like the rest of the platform.
Can I do everything from mobile?
Everything that matters day to day, yes: chat with Max, approve deliverables, track your leads, get alerts and check your dashboards. Some advanced setups (custom integrations) remain more comfortable on the web app.
Does the app send notifications?
Yes, and you stay in control. Choose to be alerted only for hot leads, actions to approve or weekly reports: the rest stays silent.
